First High Brightness Laser Solutions

The Wavelength Beam Combining (WBC) technology enables high brightness lasers in any available diode wavelenghts between 405 to 1030 nm (quantum cascade laser). The blue laser wavelength is of particular interest. With the cw blue laser in kW power levels and a beam parameter product smaller than 4 mm mrad, the light absorption in all materials is increased.

With the integration of a blue WBC Photonics blade engine into a Laserline supply unit, a new blue brilliant diode laser up to 400 W is developed. The industry proven Laserline supply unit LDF as well as Laserline service and look & feel set the standard for this new LDFblue wbc laser.
